What the complaint says

Moreno filed the civil-rights suit on Aug. 12 in Ohio federal court on behalf of her 2½-year-old, identified as R.M., naming Miller, attorney Aaron Minc and Minc's law firm. The complaint alleges Miller posted a public Dropbox link on X on Aug. 2 and repeatedly urged followers to review documents; that initial post drew roughly 204,000 views in about 24 hours and later topped 233,000.
