What Pamela says

In a statement obtained by PEOPLE, Pamela said she is grieving Malcolm’s 2025 death in an accidental drowning in Costa Rica and is focused on protecting his legacy and family. She called recent assertions untrue, saying Malcolm thoughtfully included loved ones in his estate planning. Pamela noted the 1996 trust favors her, his father and sister, but that Malcolm provided separately for his wife and daughter to the tune of millions. She says she initially sought a private resolution; courts in Georgia and California later appointed guardians ad litem for the child.
