The Water Tower is the estate's most intimate rental, joining The Folly, a woodland escape for up to six, and Gardens House, a restored Edwardian home that accommodates eight. Sandringham, privately owned alongside Balmoral, is also known as the royal family's Christmas retreat, long associated with festive bustle and tradition.
The estate has recently become the residence of Prince Andrew after he was stripped of his royal titles in October 2025 amid renewed scrutiny of his ties to Jeffrey Epstein. He surrendered the Royal Lodge lease, moved to Marsh Farm on Sandringham, and reports indicate his accommodations will be covered by the King.
